Tylorstown, Woodfalls, Marsden and Ashton-under-Lyne will be relegated to the 2027 Senior Trophy

Enderby (5th in the 2025 Senior Trophy) were promoted to the Senior Cup to replace Elland Silver, who replaced Oldham (Lees) in the Grand Shield
