March 2018:
SBBV has now decided to establish a new Section between 1st and CS. Responding to several Problems/Questions especially over the last few Years (large Number of Bands around 20, Set Works, Individual Band Development, etc.).
This shell relieve the Adjudicators and the whole Competition.
Mode: Planned to ascend the two best ranked Bands to Elite Section in the following Year (if a Band renounces the next lower placed can move up instead).
Commence 9 am.
